Natural sourdough leaven (flour and water, we do not use commercial yeast)
Ingredients: New Zealand Flour, New Zealand Rye Flour, Sea Salt and Leaven.
Sourdough takes 36 hours to make. So if you want a Sourdough loaf Wednesday, your order needs to be in by 7 pm Monday.
Monday night for Wednesday, and Wednesday night for Friday.
